TRANSCRIPT】

Many businesses in England are among the businesses being allowed to resume trading 15 weeks after lockdown was imposed. British government has urged people not to get carried away, Leila Nathoo reports. Boris Johnson has urged people to act responsibly and respect social distancing to avoid the virus spreading widely once more and restrictions being reimposed. Government is weighing up the social and economic benefits of opening up against the possibility that infections increase. But there is political risk, too. Half ministers have chosen the right moment to take what Mr. Johnson called the biggest step yet on the road to recovery. The government hopes it can now rely on effective testing, tracing and targeted local lockdowns if the situation begins to worsen.
