The US president alleges that Barack Obama ran secret surveillance on his Trump Tower offices during last year’s election. A spokesman for Mr. Obama has denied the claim and called on president Trump to produce the evidence.
China’s leaders have forecast a slight slowdown in economic growth to six and a half per cent this year. The annual People’s Congress has been told that the world’s second largest economy is shifting from state owned enterprises to a consumer-driven service sector.
